Scenario is not good for Brazilian Stock Market... Since mid October we have been going down. There were 2 quick excepetions (mid November and end of December), but January started we the low tren continued.
IBOV lost an important support in the begining of January (50,000 points) and last Friday closed at 47,787.
Is it possible to earn money currently?
The answer is YES. It is not easy to buy a stock right now and say that there is a good probability that the price will increase. BUT, it is possible to earn a lot of money when the stocks are going down (click HERE to read my post about it). To sum up: Borrow a stock going down, sell it, repurchase in a lower price.
My forecast for next week as I do every Sunday: Don't buy a stock right now. I analyzed many stocks, looking for those with a good probability of increasing its price, and it is risky!
What am I going to do this week? Keep the money on the account and wait for a good signal on IBOV and on stocks.
